General Information:To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing Time: All orders are subject to 2-3 business days of processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic may take up to 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. 

Return Policy:No Cash Refunds. Exchange Only. Exchanges on FULL-PRICE merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of the date you received the merchandise, with original receipt and tags only. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 


To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable):Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. Please note: All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: The Bar Boutique 166 Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11233.Once your product is received you will be issued an online credit, in which you may purchase your new item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit amount.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
